Sophie is the Medical Director and Founder of Derma Plus Medical. A qualified Independent Prescribing Pharmacist, she graduated with First Class Honours from the Liverpool School of Pharmacy in 2014 and was awarded The Royal Pharmaceutical Society’s prestigious Award for Best Final Year Student in recognition of her outstanding academic achievement.
With over a decade of clinical experience, Sophie has completed the highest level of advanced training in non-surgical treatments. Her commitment to clinical excellence, safety and continual professional development underpins the standard of the clinic today. Known for her meticulous approach and dedication to natural, refined results, Sophie has built a loyal client base across the UK who trust her expertise and judgement implicitly.
Emily

Emily is an Independent Prescribing Nurse who qualified in Adult Nursing from Sheffield Hallam University in 2017. She previously worked as a Nursing Sister in Accident & Emergency gaining invaluable experience in clinical environments before joining Derma Plus Medical in 2018.
Emily combines advanced clinical knowledge with a calm, reassuring manner that immediately puts patients at ease. Her precision, attention to detail and natural eye for aesthetics have earned her a dedicated client base. She is highly skilled in delivering carefully tailored treatments designed to enhance and harmonise natural features while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety.
Laura
MSc, ANP
Laura is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber with a background in acute medicine. She progressed to an Advanced Nurse Practitioner within three years of qualifying, reflecting both her clinical capability and commitment to professional development.
Since beginning her work in non-surgical treatments in 2017, Laura has continued to advance her expertise through ongoing training courses. She joined Derma Plus Medical in 2018 and is now also a Director of the company. Laura combines advanced clinical assessment skills with a patient-centred approach, ensuring comprehensive consultations and clear risk management to prioritise safety.
Sally
BA (Hons) Communications PGCE
Sally is the Office Manger and CQC Registered Manager at Derma Plus Medical. She plays a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring the clinic consistently meets Care Quality Commission standards.
With an extensive background in customer service and operational management Sally oversees patient coordination, administrative processes and clinic support. She ensures that every patient interaction reflects the professionalism, safety and organisational standards expected within a regulated medical environment.
Megan
MSC, NS, IPRESC
Megan is a Nurse Practitioner and Independent prescriber, who graduated with a Masters degree in Adult Nursing from Sheffield Hallam University. During her studies she was awarded The Nursing and Midwifery prize for outstanding academic work, reflecting her dedication to excellence and clinical skill.
Along side her NHS role in primary care, Megan has developed a strong passion, for aesthetics. She is highly skilled and focuses on achieving subtle, natural enhancements tailored to each individual. Her calm and compassionate approach, combined with her clinical expertise and meticulous technique, ensures clients feel completely at ease and confident in her care.
Alice
Alice is the Marketing Manager at Derma Plus Medical, overseeing brand strategy, communications and business development across all clinic locations. With over eight years of experience in business development and digital marketing, she combines strategic insight with creative direction to shape the continued growth of Derma Plus Medical.
Alice oversees the clinic’s online presence, social media platform and promotional campaigns. Ensuring that Derma Plus Medical is represented with consistency, professionalism and clarity. Her forward-thinking and innovative approach plays a key role in strengthening brand awareness and supporting the expansion of Derma Plus Medical across the UK.
zara
Zara is the Clinic Co-ordinator and Patient Administrator at Derma Plus Medical, supporting both the operational management of the clinics and the patient journey from initial enquiry through to appointment booking.
With a professional background in luxury retail, Zara developed strong client service and organisational skills, which she now applies within a regulated medical setting. She manages patient communications across numerous platforms, coordinates appointments and provides administrative support to the clinical team. Her role ensures efficient clinic operations and a structures, professional experience for every patient.
